Q: How long have you been making candles?
A: We started in our kitchen in 2008 and shortly after moved into a small retail shop in downtown Midland, Michigan. We now create thousands of products daily at our manufacturing space headquarters in Midland.
Q: Do you actually make all your candles and air fresheners?
A: Yes! All of our candles and air fresheners are now made at our HQ in Midland!
Q: What is your online return policy?
A: You have thirty days to return a new and unused item with original tags still attached. If you have a broken candle, our policy is to take a photo when letting us know, so we can file a claim. Candles that are broken [with the proof of a photo] are replaced.
Q: What is your in-store return policy?
A: You have thirty days to return a new and unused item with original tags still attached. You will receive in-store credit for your return.
